All our products are made from used/ recycling product, which contain wear and used components. Even though our products made from recycled goods, every care is taken to
ensure an excellent finish on our products.
All products are built to order and small customisation can be discussed.
Delivery cost is additional as shipping could be different dependant on location. This will be calculated at checkout and varies based on your address.
Can customers exercise their cancellation rights in accordance with the CCR for bespoke goods?
As noted above, where customers purchase bespoke or personalised goods, they will be exempt from the cooling off period under the CCR and will no longer have the right to cancel. If the products are bespoke or personalised, the trader is not required by law to provide information to customers about any cancellation rights since they do not apply.
When returning your eligible item please note you will be responsible for any postage costs incurred unless the item is faulty.
Your refund will be processed in 1-3 working days after receipt of the items.
Our policy for custom made/bespoke/personalised items states they are not refundable unless faulty.
In this case we will do all we can to rectify the issue. Please do not make any amendments or alterations to the piece
as this would limit how we can assist you.
All custom made, personalised or bespoke pieces are non refundable for any other reason as each piece is created
around your individual specifications.
If items are returned without prior contact and authorisation, this will be counted as a forced return and will not be refunded.
This includes rejected goods or goods that cannot be delivered as agreed.
